Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain the project checklist, ensuring all
aspects of the project (materials, design confirmation, site visit schedules) are
comprehensively covered.
 Material Management: Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials by
coordinating with the procurement team.
Design Confirmation: Verify design specifications and changes with the design team,
ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Site Visits: Regularly visit the site to monitor progress, check adherence to design
specifications, and address any on-site issues.
Team Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between the design
team, procurement team, and site executive team to ensure smooth project execution.
Project Oversight: Handle the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Problem Resolution: Identify potential issues early and develop solutions to avoid project
delays or disruptions.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and
ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
