Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design development and support project execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, create strong design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and presentations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client briefs.
Prepare layouts, elevations, working drawings, material boards, mood boards, and design presentations.
Create or review 3D visualizations and detailed design documentation.
Participate in client meetings, present design ideas, record feedback, and manage design updates.
Coordinate with Design Lead, project teams, vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Conduct site visits to verify requirements and support execution.
Review drawings, specifications, material selections, and vendor inputs for accuracy.
Track approvals, Minutes of Meetings, design milestones, and project documentation.
Guide junior designers and ensure design outputs meet quality standards.
Provide creative and technical solutions to meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in residential or luxury interior design.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, décor, joinery, and site execution.
Strong communication, client-handling, presentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, guide junior team members, and maintain documentation discipline.
