Discovery consultation
A site visit and a full brief. We understand the home, the family, the budget you have in mind and the timeline before we design a thing.
Concept & space planning
Two or three concept directions with layout options and mood boards, so you commit to a direction before we take it further.
Design development
The chosen concept becomes finished layouts, 3D renders and a confirmed material and finish palette, room by room.
Drawings & handover
A full working-drawing set, specification book and BOQ. Vendor-ready documentation you or your contractor build from.
Frequently asked questions
Do you also execute the design, or only the consultancy?
This is design only. You receive the drawings, renders and specifications, and you are free to build with your own contractor. If you would rather we managed the execution, our project management consultancy or turnkey solutions carry on from the same design.
How long does the design consultancy take?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks from discovery to final drawings, depending on the size of the home and the rounds of revision. We set the schedule with you at the start, and we hold to it.
Can I use my own contractor to build from your drawings?
Yes. The drawings, specifications and BOQ are prepared to be vendor-ready, so any competent contractor can build from them. We can also visit periodically to check the work stays true to the design.
What exactly do the 3D renders show?
Photorealistic views of your key spaces, the living and dining areas, the bedrooms, any feature walls, showing the actual materials, finishes and lighting we propose. You decide with confidence, not guesswork.
