One studio owns the design, procurement, execution and styling, so nothing falls into the gap between a designer's drawing and a contractor's site. It is the version of Simplify Home with the least for you to manage: one contract, one schedule, one team answerable for the result.
From concept through civil, electrical, false ceiling, carpentry, painting and final dressing, every trade works to a single tracked programme, not separate schedules that never quite meet. What does "turnkey" actually include?
Everything from the first design sketch to the day you move in. Concept design, 3D visualisation, detailed drawings, procurement, civil and MEP work, carpentry, painting, finishing, styling and handover, under a single point of ownership.
How long does a turnkey project take?
For a full home, usually 12 to 20 weeks depending on size, scope and material lead times. We share a week-by-week schedule at the outset and hold to it through execution.
Do I need to manage any vendors myself?
No. Procurement and every trade on site are coordinated by us, so you are never chasing a plumber, carpenter or electrician. One team is accountable for the result.
What happens after handover if something needs attention?
Every turnkey project is backed by our aftercare warranty. A dedicated team stays reachable well beyond handover, so a snag or adjustment is resolved without you tracking down the original vendor.
