Frequently asked questions
I already have a designer, why do I need a project manager as well?
A designer owns the creative outcome. A project manager protects your budget, timeline and quality while it is built. The two roles work together, and many of our clients come to us with a designer or architect they already trust.
Can you manage the project if I'm based overseas?
Yes. A large share of our project management clients are NRIs. We run scheduled remote reviews, share site photos, video and weekly progress reports, and manage approvals and payments so nothing stalls while you are away.
Do you take over hiring the contractors, or just oversee the ones I've chosen?
Either. We vet and negotiate with the vendors you have already chosen, or help you shortlist and appoint new ones. The engagement is shaped around where you are in the project.
How often will I get updates?
Weekly progress reports as standard, with site photos and cost tracking, and an immediate flag the moment a budget, quality or timeline issue needs your decision.
